Super Electric

Living in Reno for several years now I've come across and had a lot of incompetent contractors that are lazy, try to do a quick rushed job, cut corners, don't know what their doing etc. lots of these AssClowns are in abundance around here in Reno.

I have high standards and Super Electric was great , #1 of electricians I will call again.

There's a reason why these folks get almost exclusively 5 Star Reviews! Because they deserve it. Austin came over and replaced a breaker in my unit downtown. He was on time, super friendly, extremely competent and the price was very fair and affordable for the work he did. I'm about to use them for another job. Great company, great people, great work. Well done! Highly Recommend!

This is my first time using Super Electric, but it won't be the last! After using another company that wasn't so great, I needed to find someone to replace two light fixtures in my kitchen. I called Super Electric and Austin answered my call right away. I explained to him what I needed and my scheduling constraints and was able to make an appointment. I immediate received a text confirmation of my appointment day and time. This morning I received a text stating that the electrician was on his way. Osiris showed up right on time, was very efficient and pleasant to talk to. We had a problem with the lightbulbs not wanting to stay on, so Osiris checked both outlets and tightened things up. When that didn't fix the problem, he noticed that the lightbulbs looked a little weird. That's because I bought dusk-to-dawn outdoor bulbs! A quick swap of lightbulbs from another fixture and problem solved. I appreciate the extra time taken to troubleshoot whereas other companies might have not been so diligent. Thank you Super Electric for your awesome service and employees. Will not hesitate to use them again for my electrical needs.

They were fast, efficient and affordable! I needed my garbage disposal connected to switch and some fan lights frequency to the remote adjusted. Awesome job. Super fast

Once again, I called on Super Electric and they came through on short notice.
Royce Trumble came out and installed 4 ceiling fans in a matter of a couple
hours. It would have taken me all day if I could even get on a ladder anymore.
Nice thing about Royce is he cleans up every little scrap when he is done. He
certainly is a fine example of the younger generation and Super Electric should be proud he represents them in this community.

This is the company you want to work with. I've worked with this company for both big and small jobs and they are professional, friendly, fair and efficient. They rewired circuits, added circuits and replaced and installed new breakers, fixtures, switches and fans at two houses of mine. No matter the job, the were upfront and thorough about the process and planning, transparent and fair with the pricing, and punctual and efficient with the job completion. Throughout the projects, I met each member of the family and they were all professional and personable and greet you with a smile and a handshake. If I ever changed my mind about a detail, even if they had already finished the work, they were happy to accommodate.

I tried working with different companies on other projects in the past and was always treated very poorly and experienced a lot of stress, confrontation, poor workmanship and high costs. Not to mention sleepless nights.

Super Electric is the only electric company I will ever use or recommend. Once you work with them, I'm confident they'll become your preferred electricians also.

I highly recommend super electric in Reno Nevada. They were highly professional and provided a great service. They also work for a very reasonable price.

Called Super Electric late in the day based on the reviews - was not disappointed. An electrician came out promptly the next morning. After asking me a few questions, then running a few tests, the technician fixed the problem. The tech was polite and respectful.

This business is amazing. From the quote to the finished job...A+. They offered the lowest rate in town and gave the best service imaginable. We had them install a 220v circuit for a hot tub. Royce is a gem. He was professional, courteous, quick, personable, and did a job that was better than expected. The quoted price was the final price, the work was superb; we couldn't be happier. We will never go with another company. If you need electrical work done that won't tear apart your house, go with Super Electric! Royce exceeded our expectations. The work he did was spectacular. He went above and beyond what was asked. He buried lines around our landscaping, connected a hot tub, put the electrical work inside the garage instead of outside on the house exposing ugly conduit, truly amazing. You can barely tell he even did any work, it is all concealed. This company is professional, fast, on-time, friendly, and affordable. Again, we couldn't be happier and will never go with another company. If you need electrical work done, do yourself a favor and go with Super Electric!

I had faulty wiring behind my light fixture in my bathroom, and called my Home Warranty company. It is kind of a crap shoot as to what company will respond, so I kept my expectations in check.

Once the appointment was made, I called Super Electric, and spoke with the owner. He informed me that, while the company was new, his experience in electrical and that of his sons', wasn't new.

I liked that this is a local, family owned and run company. When Andrew showed up, he was on time; polite; knowledgeable and worked quickly.
I also had him install proper electrical for a dishwasher and disposal that didn't originally exist. Andrew was fast; friendly and competent. All work done in less than 2 hours!

Super Electric will definitely be doing more work on my "old girl" in the future! Thank you, gentlemen!
